What's New in Your Account: October 10, 2026
This week's batch covers five updates you can use today: smarter notifications for repeating appointments, two upgrades that make texting setup easier to manage, a deeper Lead Source Report, and built-in analytics for AI Studio sites.
Every item below covers the same four things: what changed, where to find it, how to use it, and whether it deserves your attention this week.
1. Recurring appointments now send clean, complete notifications
What changed
If you book the same client on a repeating schedule, they now get one confirmation that covers the whole series, instead of one message for every single session. Custom recurring appointments created inside the account now send confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, and reschedule or cancellation notices too. Before this, custom recurrences sent nothing. Reminders and follow-ups still go out for every individual session.
Where to find it
This works automatically on your calendars, so there's nothing to switch on. It applies to new bookings and to any appointment you edit. The notification templates live in your calendar settings, and the exact menu location should be confirmed in your account before you edit one.
How to use it
- Open your calendar and create a recurring appointment, or edit an existing one.
- When you reschedule or cancel a custom recurring appointment, pick the scope: this appointment, all appointments, or this and following.
- Check the notification template you use for that calendar. To show the repeat pattern, such as "reoccurs every Thursday," the template needs to use the appointment date and time custom value.
- Book a test appointment with your own email to see exactly what your client receives.
Use case
You run a weekly coaching session for twelve weeks. Your client now gets one confirmation for the full series, plus a reminder before each session. If you move one session, you can notify just that date or the entire series.
2. See live text-number registration status
What changed
Every phone number linked to a texting registration now shows a live status: Pending, Registered, or Failed. Numbers fully approved by carriers display an "A2P Verified" tag. Existing numbers were updated automatically. Registration can take anywhere from a few minutes to several days, and texts sent before approval can fail with error 30034, which means the number isn't registered yet.
Where to find it
Look on your phone numbers page in the account. The exact menu path should be confirmed in your account, since it can differ by setup.
How to use it
- Open your phone numbers page.
- Find the number you text from and read its status.
- If it says Pending, wait. A Pending status for up to 24 hours is normal.
- Once you see "A2P Verified," you're clear to send texts from that number.
- If it says Failed, open the registration and follow the steps shown (the next item covers this).
Use case
You just added a new number for your reminder texts. Instead of guessing, you check the status, see Pending, and hold your first campaign until the tag turns to Verified.
3. Clearer help when a texting registration is rejected
What changed
The "View required fixes" window now gives guidance that matches how you registered, either through the Chat Widget quick setup or through manual setup. Each reason explains what happened in plain language, then lists the exact steps. If the problem is something the platform generated, such as the chat widget's consent wording, it now tells you to contact support so you don't spend a resubmission on something you can't change.
Where to find it
Open your texting registration (A2P campaign) and select View required fixes if a rejection shows. The exact menu location should be confirmed in your account.
How to use it
- Open your registration and select View required fixes.
- Read the reason, then follow the listed actions in order.
- If the window says the issue is platform-generated, open a support ticket instead of resubmitting.
- Resubmit only after every listed action is done.
Use case
Your registration was rejected over a privacy policy check. The window now gives you the required statement to add, so you fix it once and resubmit with confidence.
4. Lead Source Report: click into the numbers and see value by status
What changed
The Lead Source Report now shows the dollar value for Open, Won, Lost, and Abandoned, not just a total. You can click any count above zero to see the exact opportunities behind it. The Source filter now supports "Is empty" and "Is not empty," and opportunities with no source appear as "N/A" instead of disappearing. Values only show for users who have permission to view lead value.
Where to find it
On your dashboard, using the Lead Source Report widget. If you haven't added it yet, add the widget from your dashboard. The exact steps for adding a widget should be confirmed in your account.
How to use it
- Open your dashboard and find the Lead Source Report widget.
- Read the count and value for each status next to each source.
- Click any number above zero to open the list of opportunities behind it.
- Filter Source by "Is empty" to find leads missing a source, then add the source to each one.
Use case
You spend money on two lead sources. The report shows which one produced more Won value, and the N/A row reminds you to fix the leads that were never tagged.
5. AI Studio sites now track their own visitors and leads
What changed
Every published AI Studio site now reports page views, unique visitors, opt-ins, and opt-in rate, with no tracking code to add. You can also see every form submission in one place with a link to the contact, and contacts created from your site keep their visit history. Forms connected before this update keep counting. To link older submissions to the pages a visitor viewed first, ask AI Studio to reconnect form tracking, then publish again.
Where to find it
Inside your project: More, then Analytics, then Overview, or Form Submissions. To compare all your sites, go to Sites, then Analytics, then AI Studio. A contact's visit history is under Contacts, then the contact's details, then Activity.
How to use it
- Open your AI Studio project and go to More, then Analytics.
- Check Overview for views, visitors, and opt-in rate.
- Open Form Submissions and filter by form or date.
- Select a lead's link to open their contact record and read their Activity.
Use case
You published a landing page last week. Analytics shows plenty of visitors but few opt-ins, so you know the page needs a stronger headline before you spend anything on promoting it.
If you do one thing this week
Check the status of the number you text from. Texts sent from a number that isn't registered yet fail, and the new live status tells you in seconds whether you're clear to send.
Two places to look when you're stuck
The blue circle in the corner of your screen. It sits at the bottom right of your account and opens the knowledge base right where you are. Choose Search for help to look something up, or Ask a question to send one through. It follows you across every screen.
