What's New in Your Account: September 12, 2026

September 12, 2026

This week's batch is a mix of recovered revenue, safer automations, and better tools for your booking forms and your content. Five updates made the cut, and each one is something you can put to use in your account today.

Every item below covers the same four things: what changed, where to find it in your account, how to use it step by step, and a real situation where it's worth your time this week.

1. Recover Failed Subscription Payments Yourself

What changed. If a client's subscription payment fails and your automatic retries run out, you can now retry the charge yourself instead of losing that revenue. This works for subscriptions running through NMI, Authorize.Net, Square, or Mercado Pago. You can also swap in a new card before retrying, so an expired card no longer means a missed payment.

Where to find it. Payments > Subscriptions. Open any subscription marked Unpaid or Past due to see the retry option.

How to use it.

  1. In the left menu, click Payments, then click Subscriptions.
  2. Find a subscription with an Unpaid or Past due status and open it.
  3. Choose to retry the payment with the card on file, or add a new card first.
  4. Submit the retry. You can try up to three times with the same card before a 24 hour cooldown applies.

Use case. A client's card on file expires and their subscription payment fails. Instead of chasing them down by phone or email, you open the subscription, add their new card, and retry the charge in a couple of clicks.

2. Broken Automations Get Caught Before They Go Live

What changed. Workflows now get checked for configuration problems before they publish. If something is broken, you'll see exactly what needs fixing in one place instead of a vague error message, and you can save your progress even while errors still exist.

Where to find it. Automations > Workflows. This applies automatically whenever you click Publish on a workflow you're editing.

How to use it.

  1. Open the workflow you want to publish.
  2. Click Publish as you normally would.
  3. If issues exist, a window lists every one of them.
  4. Click Review Issues to open the error sidebar.
  5. For each issue, click Open Step to jump to it directly, or use the AI help option to resolve it.
  6. Once everything is resolved, publish again.

Use case. You update a workflow late at night and accidentally leave a step misconfigured. Instead of that broken workflow going live and missing a step for every contact who runs through it, the platform stops you and shows you exactly what to fix first.

3. Your Booking Forms Can Now Control the Whole Confirmation Experience

What changed. Custom forms attached to your booking calendars, services, or rentals can now control what happens after someone books, not just what they see while filling out the form. That includes redirecting them to a specific page, showing a custom message, or disqualifying a lead based on their answers.

Where to find it. Services/Rentals > Global settings > Form & confirmation.

How to use it.

  1. Go to Services or Rentals, then Global settings, then Form & confirmation.
  2. Select the custom form you want to use under Global form Settings.
  3. Check the box labeled "Let a custom form override this with its own rules."
  4. At the individual listing or service level, select the same custom form and confirm the banner shows the rules are active.

Use case. You run a service business that books consultations, and you want anyone who answers "just browsing" on the intake form to see a different message than someone ready to book. This update lets your form make that call automatically, based on the answers your client gives.

4. Keep Your Brand Consistent in AI-Generated Images

What changed. The AI Image Generation action inside workflows now accepts up to five reference images. Instead of describing your product, your logo, or your setting in words, you upload the actual images and the AI keeps them accurate in the final result. Karena will notify you of any usage or rate changes in your account.

Where to find it. Automations > Workflows, inside the AI Image Generation action, under the Reference images section.

How to use it.

  1. Open the AI Image Generation action in your workflow.
  2. Write your prompt as usual.
  3. Scroll to the Reference images section and choose a source: upload a file, pick from your media library, or paste a URL.
  4. Add up to five images. The order you add them in is the order the AI reads them.
  5. Refer to each image by its position in your prompt, for example "the setting in the first image" or "the logo in the third image."
  6. Save the action.

Use case. You want a lifestyle photo of your product on a beach with your logo in the corner, without booking a photographer. Upload a beach photo, a product shot, and your logo, then describe how they should come together. The AI keeps your actual logo and product accurate instead of guessing at them from a text description.

5. Members Can Now Leave Voice Notes in Your Community

What changed. People in your community can now record a voice note or upload an audio file directly in a post or a comment, instead of typing everything out. Voice notes play right in the feed with a waveform view, and playback speed can be sped up to 1.5x or 2x.

Where to find it. Inside your community, in the post and comment composer. The exact menu location can vary depending on how your community is set up, so confirm the microphone icon is visible before relying on this with members.

How to use it.

  1. Open a post or comment box inside your community.
  2. Look for the microphone icon in the composer.
  3. Click it to record, pause, resume, or cancel your voice note before sending.
  4. You can also attach an existing audio file instead of recording live.
  5. Send the post or comment. Members can play it back directly in the feed.

Use case. A member has a longer question or a piece of feedback that would take a while to type out. They record a quick voice note instead, and the rest of the group can listen to it right in the feed without leaving the app.

If you do one thing this week

Check Payments > Subscriptions for anything marked Unpaid or Past due, and try the new manual retry before you write that revenue off. It takes a couple of minutes, and it's the one update this week that puts money back in your account directly.

Two places to look when you're stuck

The blue circle in the corner of your screen. It sits in the bottom right of your account and opens the knowledge base without leaving the page. Inside, you can search for help to look something up yourself, or ask a question to send one through. It follows you across every screen in your account.

See you Saturday

This update runs weekly, covering the previous seven days. Any deadline callout always sits at the top of the post, so if you skim nothing else, start there.

Support: open a ticket from the left menu panel in your account, or go to warkry.com/support. Support runs Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST.
