What's New in Your Account: September 25, 2026
This week's batch centers on one big shift: AI Studio has graduated out of testing and is now available across every account. Alongside that, you'll find a fresh set of ready-to-use templates, new protections for anyone running a community, a way to handle taxes for clients outside the US, and an upgrade to the AI models your workflows can call on.
Every item below covers the same four things: what changed, where to find it, how to use it, and whether it deserves your attention this week.
1. AI Studio is now live for everyone
What changed. AI Studio, the tool that lets you describe what you want built and have it created for you, has moved out of testing and is now available in your account. Access is off by default, so you or someone on your team needs to turn it on before anyone can use it.
Where to find it. Look for an AI Studio option in your account's settings or configuration menu. The exact location should be confirmed inside your account, since this rolled out broadly this week.
How to use it.
- Log in to your account.
- Look in Settings or Configure for an item labeled AI Studio.
- If you see a banner about turning on access, that's normal the first time it appears.
- Choose whether to turn it on for yourself only or for your whole team.
- Once it's on, open AI Studio and describe, in plain language, what you'd like built, such as a landing page or a simple automation.
Use case. A studio owner wants a quick page for a holiday promotion but doesn't want to hire a designer or wait on outside help. She opens AI Studio, describes the page in a couple of sentences, and gets a working draft to review and adjust.
This is brand new this week, so give it a test run on something low stakes before you lean on it for anything client facing.
2. 31 new templates across sites, funnels, and ads
What changed. A new set of 31 templates landed this week, covering websites, funnels, social posts, and ad creative for Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn. They span industries including legal, medical, automotive, and hospitality, so there's a good chance something fits your business even if you're not in one of those fields directly.
Where to find it. Templates live in the template library inside Sites, Funnels, and the Social Planner. The exact tab should be confirmed in your account, since this library gets reorganized from time to time.
How to use it.
- Open Sites, Funnels, or Social Planner in your account.
- Look for a Templates or "Browse Templates" option, usually shown when you start something new.
- Filter or search by industry or type if that option is available.
- Preview a few that catch your eye.
- Select one and swap in your own copy, colors, and images before publishing.
Use case. A local contractor needs a new lead funnel before a spring promotion. Instead of building from scratch, they pick one of the new templates, swap in their logo and offer, and have something live the same afternoon.
3. Content moderation for Communities
What changed. If you run a community inside your account, you can now flag certain words or phrases so posts get held for review before anyone sees them. A member whose post is held sees an "In review" note, and admins get notified when something needs a look. Search inside communities also got better at handling typos and non-English text.
Where to find it. Moderation settings should live inside your community's admin area. The exact tab should be confirmed in your account, since this is a new addition.
How to use it.
- Open your community's admin settings.
- Look for a Moderation section.
- Add the words or phrases you want flagged automatically.
- Decide who on your team reviews flagged posts.
- Turn on notifications so you know when something needs attention.
Use case. A coaching business runs a paid membership community and wants to keep it professional without watching it around the clock. A short list of flagged terms means anything questionable gets held for review instead of posting right away.
4. Tax zones for clients outside the US
What changed. You can now build tax zones by country or state and attach up to ten rates to each one. Tax only applies when both the product and the zone are set up to use it, so nothing changes for your existing products until you connect them.
Where to find it. Tax settings live inside your Payments settings. The exact menu path should be confirmed in your account, since this is a newer addition to that area.
How to use it.
- Open Payments settings in your account.
- Look for a Tax or Tax Zones section.
- Create a zone for each country or state where you need to charge tax.
- Add the rate or rates that apply in that zone.
- Attach the zone to the products it should apply to.
Use case. If you bill clients outside the US, say in Hungarian Forint or another currency, this gives you a way to apply the correct local tax rate without a workaround. If you only sell to one US state, you may only need a single zone, or none at all if your current setup already covers you.
5. Two new AI models for your workflows
What changed. Two new AI models, GPT-6 Sol and GPT-6 Luna, are now selectable inside AI Agent and GPT Action steps in your workflows. Sol is built for more complex, multi-step tasks. Luna is meant for simpler, high-volume tasks like sorting or summarizing messages.
Where to find it. Model selection happens inside the AI Agent or GPT Action step when you're building or editing a workflow. The exact dropdown location should be confirmed in your account.
How to use it.
- Open a workflow that uses an AI Agent or GPT Action step, or start a new one.
- Click into that step's settings.
- Look for a model selection dropdown.
- Choose Sol for tasks that need more reasoning, or Luna for simpler, repetitive tasks.
- Test the workflow with a sample conversation before turning it back on for live clients.
Use case. A service business uses an AI Agent to sort incoming messages into categories before a team member responds. Switching that step to the Luna model could handle the sorting well, freeing the Sol model for more complex conversations.
Karena will notify you of any usage or rate changes in your account.
If you do one thing this week
Take AI Studio for a test drive. It closes the gap between having an idea for a page or a simple automation and actually getting it built, and this is the first week it's open to everyone.
Two places to look when you're stuck
The blue circle in the corner of your screen, bottom right of your account, opens the knowledge base without leaving your page. Inside, search for help to look something up, or ask a question to send one through. It follows you across every screen.
Your client portal and systems library holds the deeper walkthroughs and resources built for your account. You can find it here: clockedoutandfreeportal.app.clientclub.net
See you Saturday
